misslabelled Ladies. This is a gorgeous dress! I'm going to re-take photos, when I have time. It does have shoulder straps & straps that fall off the shoulder. There are straps at a "drop waist" point that can tie in the back(as shown) or in the front or either side. I've worn it maybe 2-3 times & have ALWAYS received compliments on it. It is an all-seasons dress. The Posher who purchases will certainly get a lot of use & compliments!
