Made from Viscose for softness and Spandex for stretch. The sleeves are either 3/4 length or full depending on your size. The colors are gorgeous and are blue and aqua and the pattern on the dress is very flattering and slimming. Bust is 38" (stretches to 42") Waist is 34" (stretched to 38"). If you often like a little coverage in the afternoon or evening this dress is great. . It will keep you from being chilled while being stylish, cute, and beachy.
