To my point of view the fit more like a 9 (run smaller) Plataform is about 1" Heel is 4" Pre-Owned in great conditions. Light wear, some light marks - scuffs SEE PHOTOS. IMPORTANT NOTE: These boots were originally a dark brown tone but were painted in soft black!!! interior it still dark brown.
