Vintage skirt set in Black and Tan by Tandi Nardi . Tandi Nardi a designer out of Dallas Texas circadian 60’s-70’s. The scrunched polyester knit is stretchy and foam like softwith a geometric-texture to it . The black overlay is mesh like sheer , the tan underlay is satiny tan . A box cut button front lackey with collar , the skirt is maxi length but I showed it as a strapless straight dress under the jacket .
