This is a heavy cotton red and navy stripped dress by Talbots in perfect condition. Long sleeves, slight scoop neckline and three buttons at the shoulder on the one side. Material would travel very well. Super cute with a navy blazer and boots. Measures 20 1/2 inches from pit to pit and 37 inches from top to bottom measuring in the back.
