TU Woman striped blouse with a dropped waist style, size 16

This pre-loved blouse is flawless. It is a dropped waist style with a deep v-neck front and a small ruffle across the shoulder. The back also as a v-neck closing with ties. The colors and detail on this top are so feminine. It measures 20" underarm to underarm and 25" shoulder to hemline. It is polyester but feels like cotton.It s very lightweight.
