A red cold shoulder style top with ties at sleeves by Side Stitch Los Angeles. Very loose fitting with dolman sleeves. Gently used condition - only flaw is a lightened stripe on right shoulder. See photo. 100% Rayon - no stretch Made in USA Size Small (but very generously cut. I'm usually a Large but fit it comfortably.)
