Sheer polka dot maxi-over-mini prairie dress M

This dress is made of a black mini dress covered by a layer of sheer chiffon with textured polka dots. With its long gathered sleeves, ruffles framing the bodice, gathered waist, and little silver toned buttons, it's the prairie dress that lets you show a little bit of arm and leg. The serged edge of one of the ruffles has frayed about 1" long at bust level (see last photo). Otherwise excellent. Elastic waist and front button neck closure. Measurements in images. Cuff elastic 2.5" from edge.
