Not 1 time but SEVERAL TIMES/Other Closet Holders/Customers came to my closet & literally ranted/bam blasted me w insults/condemnations/spewing lies/& untruths/w/o basis/cause! Comparing my listings 2 others w/o proof/knowledge of my personal expenditures/or any reality as 2 what/where My purchases or personal costs 4 my items! I'm seeing too much of this behavior going on! toryshop @fashionfauxpas I was totally floored/I'd been up all night trying to catch up/they hit at 5 AM my time(central)& I don't know how she even got the idea the purchased item was the same? She even gave me 5 STARS LOVED THE PURCHASE/then about 10days later bam blasted/& ur right I was physically ill! To top it off/a lovely client I spent much time w/did a return? yugiohmom @toryshop I agree with you 100%. I go to therapy as I'll easily admit. My therapist tells me to ignore ignorant and awful behavior since that gives it the energy it craves. It takes every ounce of my being not to kick the crap out of those that hurt the ones I care about/love. I'm so sorry. No one should ever be hurt while pursuing their business and being an upstanding, caring human being on posh. Much sadness here knowing you've had to deal with terrible behavior.

toryshop @yugiohmom Katy/the crazy thing was it was at 5AM/& this same gal gave me a 5 star review/LOVED THEM!! the products may have looked the same but I paid way more for them/then she accused/it was ridiculous! And it literally made me physically sick/Poshmark support looks for trivial infractions/they need to stop bullying/as well as monitor the ages of the account holders/I'm not kidding I am following over 1.1 Million closets/there are children w accounts?? yugiohmom @toryshop It makes me sad that good poshers can be harassed by uneducated & possibly young poshers that don't get the importance of using words wisely. It's hard to monitor bully's on a platform such as posh. From my software engineering background it's hard to be able to parse out the bad from the good. If they're not responsive via email there's no excuse. Emails about bully's should be taken seriously.

One that accepts returns, but then again some people have that sense of false entitlement, rules don't apply 2 them & will get there way no matter what, or if destroy an item , by accident I would assune, just think this is like Nordstrom /Saks where u can return said damaged item without a problem... d

fashionfauxpas but I have high hopes u can work it out w/support with minimal hassle....5am?!? I can't blast u on that cos I always wake up & if I notice a notification I can't help myself but check it out. Then if I get aggravated so much for sleeping again, although I am a nocturnal sort so that happens usually at a time when most are awake and productive..my "5am" is usually around 9 or 10am as I generally wake at 11 or noon.

anthemoessa So thankful to find this post. I've only been on Posh for a matter of months but I am being harassed nonstop by another seller to the point it's seriously making me uncomfortable. I have kept screenshots of their messages to send to support. I emailed support a couple weeks ago about what's happening and haven't heard back. I want to send the screenshots to them but is it even worth it if they don't respond? Is there another avenue I should go through?

worldcollection @replicated That is sad to hear. I want to encourage you to not close your closet because this will encourage them they can act like this with others. I am a pro seller on many platforms and I have had to deal with fraud a lot and I can say there is always an ear when fraud happens but there is no ear when abuse happens and I know ways we can help one another to benefit you and your case.

She is saying such crazy things about my listing because I won’t sell her the case for the sunglasses by itself. I’m appalled by the welcome I’ve received on this site. worldcollection @meltingpout420 What you can do is block their account so they cannot post on your account. Then report them to Poshmark. Do not reply back to them as that can only fuel the fire. Also you can file a complaint with the Better Busines Bureau in the same city where Posh HQ is located.

worldcollection @meltingpout420 There is a lot you can do to fight this but it would take time to do reports against Poshmark and this individual. To be honest I did not feel the customer service on Posh for MY incident was good and that in itself upset me so each day I make it a point to do some report to make it well known that this happens and what one can do about it. Best though keep a smile on your face and know we all love you and wish you will bounce back from this incident to have happy sales!

I've contacted support three times about buyer @dollface319 (who opened another fake account @karma319 to continue harassing me after I blocked her). She bid 50% on a designer item, I rejected it without further comment, then she attacks me saying I'm rude and should be happy someone like her has taken interest in my item.

smc23 2/2 I replied saying I'd blocked and harassed her, and she then stalked my photos (there are none of me) saying my eyes and hands were wrinkly (so vile and childish) and then claimed my closet was full of Walmart items and that I was "ghetto," which is racist and vile No word from PM despite the fact that I've been a top-rated buyer and seller for years, and this person is some troll ghost. It's really upsetting and makes me think about just deleting this app.

rockinfrocks I saw this and had to stop too. It’s like the Posh Gangs! The mean girls of Poshmark! Especially those who purchase and love to rip others apart! There is no way to resolve unless they contact you before they leave you a crappy rating out of nowhere. On top of that they show no sales or have a lot of sales but garbage reviews to like 1 out of 3 people. I’m thinking of leaving myself. Just wanted to vent!

worldcollection @beanieberns Hello. You can file a complaint with the FTC.gov, IC3.gov, write Press Release (free) email CEO of Poshmark. File a complaint with the BBB in your city. You have resources and you should do all you can to make a foot print to document everything that happened. Also email the CEO of Instagram. You can find these when you google search and figure out the email by guessing. I did that and it helped me a lot.

lindseydujour @toryshop 100% agree with you! Having been on Poshmark since 2012, I have never experienced this. I pride myself as an honest seller and let the buyer cancel when I know something is damaged or flawed. This past week a buyer claims the dress I sent her was damaged and smelled. Firstly, the “damage” she claims looks much worse in her photos than it looked in my photo, which makes me suspect she must’ve damaged it further because the dress didn’t fit her.

Then she claims it smells, which I would’ve been the first to notice because I’m sensitive to smells so I would NEVER send her something that smelled awful. I wore the dress once and laundered it! Someone started reporting my listings as offensive. They were things like socks and baby clothes. Posh emailed me and told me that they would be suspending my account permanently. I sent an email back and asked why and asked for them to review my items that were reported. They never responded other than t confirm I was suspended permanently

jinxy231 @dime_diva_finds The most way is to block and report them for harassment. When you do go to report. There will be a list as to why. Pick the one you want. That way the Posher can't leave you messages. Do that each time in case made more then one account. I hope this helps. Happy Poshing 😊

I’m contacted Poshmark so many times about about issues on here without them ever offering a solution. So many people think if they comment in a listing that they’ve found it cheaper you’ll cave and sell it to them for way less than asking. I had to block her & tell postmark because she then started amending her review to contact me. The law is on my side but what a waste of time. She is upset because I reported a tear in the item I purchased. The argument escalated when she referred to a post on my account when I was about 90 pounds heavier 8+ years ago and said I tore her item because I was large

She claimed thats a threat and implied that because I live in Brooklyn, I am a scammer and continued to call me a scammer. she then created a post about me posting my responses and not hers. this person has my address and I suffer from severe anxiety and depression

sheworewhattt I have emailed PM over 10 times and nothing. They ruled in my favor and she escalated further. I have now contacted an e-commerce lawyer, the police in Studio City and the post office that holds the PO Box. I will be pursuing this to the fullest extent of the Law
