REASONABLE OFFERS WELCOME. Empire waist with two rows of pretty elastic gathers. Deep v neck and back. Its charm also comes from the ruching at tops of shoulders (please see photo). Worn about four times, drip dried only. This fabric wrinkles easily in the closet, but a quick steaming takes care of that. Very soft and graceful.

fabricmuse @norcalcloset I've just posted a black pencil skirt, XS. It's 37" but has a high waist band. Even though it's priced higher I would be happy to exchange it and this blue dress for the wrap! 🌻
