Hi. Actually I received the alert stating it was delivered, however, my mailman came this morning & it was not dropped off. I didn't want to contact you immediately, on hopes it would turn up later but considering I was notified of 'delivered' I'm not sure what to do?

@michellerubio Oh no. Yes, in the tracking it says it was delivered. I think you should try contacting your local Post Office, since the package should have been delivered and it wasn't. I'm so sorry this happened! I've never had this issue before with sending a package, but I had to deal with this myself before when receiving a package. The mail carrier left my package at my neighbors house and scanned it as delivered, even though it was the wrong location. Hopefully once you contact them, you can find out where it is. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do, but I hope that the Post Office has it and that you will receive it soon. Please keep me updated! And again, I'm so sorry this happened.

oh my goodness. I just called my son to search any and everywhere outside. The darn mailman left the box on top of the pallet of rocks we have outside. smh! Apparently it blended well.

Hi all! I know you all have left feedback here and I appreciate it very much, but Poshmark just recently released a new feature where you can actually rate your purchase! All you have to do is go back to your past purchases section, select one of your purchases and a rating window will come up. You can select however many stars you feel is right for your purchase and you can add a comment with the rating as well! Cool, right? I'm not sure how it looks on my end because I've yet to receive any ratings, so I'd really appreciate it if you tested it out whenever you had some time. No pressure though! Thanks again and hope you all have a great week :)

@trodio Hi! Usually, when someone leaves a comment asking you to contact them through email, those are spam accounts & I'd suggest blocking them. Posh policy states all transactions must be made through Poshmark so both the seller & buyer are protected under "Posh Protect." I hope that answered your question! If you ever come across something again, Posh support is easy to contact & are great at addressing concerns.
