galiher91 @aldent89 so I double checked the measurement, I will update it to an XS. Sorry about that, the skirt just has a pant size and not the skirt size. The hip measurement is 17.5 lying flat. Hope this helps!

galiher91 @julissaw23 I pulled the waist apart as far as I could and got it to 24 inches but I don’t know about it fitting perfect.
