bayleebanks Thank you so much....I really appreciate your prayers. So sorry about your sister, how sad. I'm sure she's still quite young. Is she ok now? I know breast cancer has such strong genetic ties so I'm starting to become paranoid that I'll end up with it as well. I'll know what stage my mom's in In on the 17th but the doctors are quite certain it's in her nodes as well 😢

sjmetter @bayleebanks Sadly, my sister did not survive. But that was bc she waited so long to get diagnosed. By then, it had spread to her liver and bones. She was only 50, but influenced by the "church" she belonged to, that she didn't need medical intervention, bc God would cure her! More of a cult, IMO, than a church. So she waited until she couldn't breathe very well, bc her liver was so swollen that it was pushing on her diaphragm, impeding her breathing. Her circumstances were NOT the norm, and could have been prevented had she used common sense when she first discovered the lump. Breast Cancer is SO curable today, thank God; even when into the lymph nodes. I'm sure your Mom will be fine😉. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have other questions. I know how frightened you both must be. Btw...Do you have PayPal? Also, would you like individual quotes, or a bundle quote? I will get it back to you in a short while. Now I need cereal...Starving, lol.

bayleebanks OMG! I'm so saddened by what happened to your sister. That's heartbreaking and so tragic when it could have been prevented and 50 is so young 😢 eat your breakfast girl and take your time on the quote...I get so cranky when I skip a meal or when I'm hungry...lol. I don't have Paypal they ripped me off about 5 years ago so I refuse to do business when them but I would be glad to send you a money order to save you from having to Pay the 20% Posh fees. bayleebanks A quote on all the likes would be marvelous....I had sold an real Chanel bag on Ebay and the buyer was a scammer who claimed the bag wasn't authentic although it was 100% authentic bought at Barney's in NYC and I had proof with receipts and all. Anyhow, to make a long story short the buyer had a fake bag that looked similar and had sent pics of his fake bag to Paypal claiming that was the bag I sent so Paypal took his side and he was able to keep the bag and was refunded the money he spent on the bag so I was out the bag and about $4k. I was so mad 😡

sjmetter @bayleebanks WHHAATT? You have GOT to be kidding!! OMG! I would have filed a complaint against PayPal and the Buyer in Civil Court. How long ago was this? You would win bc of your receipts. You must do something, as this is pure fraud. With that kind of money at stake, I would pursue it! That's the worst rip off I've ever heard of! sjmetter @bayleebanks Also...Common sense would tell the court that you would not be suing her if the bag you sold her wasn't REAL! I'm so mad and it isn't even my bag😡😡😡😡. Ok. Here is what I'm thinking...Original prices are as follows: Rolls Royce $45, Zipper Top $45, Bentley $35, and Faith $25. That totals $150.00. How would you feel about splitting the 20% that I lose to PM ($30), by me taking 10% ($15) off the $150 for you, so I'm only losing 10% to PM.? That would make your total $135.00. Does that sound fair? If so, I will create a bundle listing for you, and I can ship tomorrow☺️.

bayleebanks Thank you so much! I'm not sure I would still have a case as it was at least 5 years ago. I made the bad mistake of sending the receipt to the buyer as he wanted it in his possession. He was an Asian man who seemed so sweet at the time of purchase. I am way to gullible and trusting of people, which is a huge downfall for me. I will try to look into it to see if I still have a case. If you sell an expensive item and the buyer wants a receipt never send the original but a copy. That was a big lesson I learned.

sjmetter @bayleebanks Oh Sweetie! I've learned to make copies of EVERYTHING, and never send originals, if you can avoid it. In court you usually need originals, so the judge knows the document wasn't "doctored" in any way. But that's about the only time that copies aren't accepted as proof, I would contact Chanel for a copy of your receipt. I would think they have everything on record, knowing them. Don't give up until you check with Chanel! You may end up recovering thousands! Not sure about Statute of Limitations, but you could Google that and find out!
