Powder Blue sweater skirt set with pearls

Check out that skirt! Those mermaid-ey details with the net flowing out the corners makes for a divine detail. The ONE time I've work this skirt out, I've got a ton of compliments. The sweater has medium sized pearls sewn along the shoulder and arms seam and makes for another lovely nautical touch. Overall this look expresses a classy yet delicate aesthetic.
