We have a Fashion Week, too, though I am not sure of the dates this year. And, it's small in comparison to NYC. Now that's a great Fashion Week!

luckymama Hello. I am very confused. I had listings that clearly stated that items were replicas and PM deleted them which I understand but all of these designer parties are full of fakes, some listed as real and others are up front about replicas. Why haven't these been deleted?

manish @luckymama Julie, our team is cleaning out the parties for replicas. For the bigger parties, it can take some time for the team to clean out the parties of replicas. We are also working on a new set of features to help report replicas in the system.

fashionguru10 Hello Manish Just wanted to share my story, I just had a baby 5 months ago and I was very bummed about going back to work, because I would not spend time with my daughter! I could say Poshmark has changed our life's in a great way, I now could work at my job from home, and have extra cash coming in with Poshmark makes it so much easier to spend more time with my family!! I love this app, great creation!! I sell daily and it's the best!! When purchasing a bundle (3 pairs of shoes and 2 tops), and it weighs in excess of 3lbs, is buying/paying for 2 shipping labels the only option? Seems a waste of $$ for the buyer though, please advise as soon as you can? Thanks!

sheelagoh So I just had another seller disagree with me that PM is against trading, quoting that PM is a place for buying, selling and trading @manish How I understood that to read was the act of exchanging goods with cash, not goods for goods. manish @avadisilva it is not allowed. We are manually moderating it today. We are also developing an automated system to block users who do not follow the rules - use PayPal for offline transactions, post replicas etc. As this system comes online you will see more of the users who don't follow the rules removed from Poshmark.

manish @riskfifie the best way is to report using our system. We get a very high volume of reports and our system can take actions automatically. We remove thousands of replicas a week using our automated system. We are building a new copyright management system that will prevent replicas from entering the system.

annibella Thank you for creating such a wonderful app. I always say that whoever created Poshmark is a genius. I've been a member since the end of Feb.of this year & have been enjoying it too much. This is not jsut a buy & sell app, it's an entire fashion community. The interaction & meeting great people makes this app so addictive. I have to say it has allowed me to try a diff fashion style (boho chic) which I never would if I had to pay full price. Plus, it helped sell my office attire as I'm switching careers.

annibella As I wrote the above. I thought I should let you know about this too. PM has a great policy & protection for buyers. But Who is protecting the honest seller? I sold an authentic used Cole Haan straw bag & the buyer rejected because she doesn't think it's authentic. She doesn't have proof about it being non-authentic. I bought the bag 7+ yrs ago from Nordstrom. Support advise me to contact Nordstrom for a receipt & their two systems only goes back as far as 4 yrs/7yrs for sales/transactions respectively. I even went to Cole Haan Store to have them review my pics & verbally gave me the authenticity. but too bad they won't put it in writing bc they don't participate in these services. Despite my 2-3 emails to Support explaining the research I've done, PM still insist on a receipt from 7+ yrs ago. Now I'm doubting myself if the bag is from Nordstrom and I Now I'm calling all the dept stores I shopped at & my credit card to search for the purchase. It's so stressful. How is it reasonable to ask for a receipt from over 7+ years ago. PM responded that they can only assist me with my arguement is with the receipt. Even if I approve the return, I'm worried that I won't get the bag back in the same condition. It's not a lot of money involved but I care about my reputation. On the other hand, WHAT IS PM DOING TO PROTECT THE HONEST SELLER. The buyer (luvthelight2) has admitted that she returned several handbags etc. Who is protecting honest sellers from habitual returners. I sold a Coach wristlet & my other customer got it authenticated at the store. Doesn't PM take this into consideration? Who can I discuss this with at PM? Sorry for the rant on your wall but I have no one to turn to. A reply would be truly appreciated. Thx.

annibella Manish, I have not heard back from you. Your staff has again asked me for a receipt to prove my item's authenticity. The item was purchased 7+ years ago. Are you able to provide such proof on your items? I find it completely unreasonable to hold it against me. Now what would happen if the buyer returns the item to me that isnt in the original condition that I sent it. Whats in place to protect the honest seller? It is ridiculous to ask me to provide proof of a receipt for an item over 7 years ago. I find this very unreasonable especially when I have been cooperative in trying to obtain all the necessary proof. Can you provide a receipt on an item you purchased 7+ years ago!!! I am truly disappointed in the way Poshmark has handled this. I find this to be a very disappointing experience which will drive your users to other sites to sell. You did not consider my sales of the Coach wristlet in which another buyer went to the store & got it authenticated. It proves that I sold authentic items. You also did not consider the fact that the buyer is a habitual return. Where are the authentication experts on your end? I do not accept this judgement against me. My handbag is authentic. No body from Poshmark addressed any of my above concerns despite 2-3 emails & messages. It'd be nice to have someone address my concerns. Thank you.

skyerandi I just wanted to stop in & say thank you with all of my heart for everything that you & this app have indirectly done for me. I was chosen to become a suggested user in December, and even though it was only for about a week, I was so honored. Poshmark has helped me so much with my clothing dilemmas. It's incredible how much Poshmark has changed my life & I have no one to thank but you. Almost everyone in the "posh community" is friendly and welcoming. You've hit it home. I can't thank you enough, and I wish you all the best. If there's ever a "posh party" in Chicago, I would be honored if you contacted me. Seeing as I was a suggested user already, is it possible for me to become one again? I am actively on Poshmark, whether it's buying or selling. I always follow "posh etiquette" and love being a part of your community. I've noticed that some suggested users have been on for months. Is there a trick? Being one truly changed my life & I would love the opportunity to again become one. Thank you for all that you've done, you have truly changed my life!

Yesterday I was completely harassed by some lady on my listings and she constantly reported me yesterday because I buy and sell wholesale clothing from china. I sent Posh support a snap shot of the comment she left me in an email and a few hours later all MY LISTINGS IN MY CLOSET WAS GONE??? I've not heard back from posh support yet as of yesterday afternoon as to why this happened to me and not her, and I'm starting to get really upset. I have done nothing wrong, I was the one harassed. I'm so very disappointed in this app! I hope this can be removed soon and my listings put back up, I would hate to have to start completely over on a new app 😔. Please you have to fix this😥

I cannot figure out how I'm the one who was shut down when I did nothing at all. I've written posh support 3 times since yesterday, ice reached out to you to @katef and can't seem to get an answer from anyone. I'm a Suggested user, I've hosted 2 parties, I'm a top 10% seller. But unfortunately I'm going to officially close my closet. I'm no longer going to be a part of the posh community which saddens me deeply. I love it here and hate to take my items elsewhere but I'm really left with no choice. What has happened to me is unfair and unjustifiable. It's been great here, thx for providing a platform for me to sell my wholesale items on, I've truly loved it here! I hope maybe someday to be able to forgive , and come back.... Maybe 😞

bellasbeauties Hello Manish, I see that you don't always respond to people's questions, comments, and concerns... It's extremely frustrating when your support team does the same. I thought that's what they are there for.. I used to net have any problems getting a response , when I would ask a question or report closets that were just not following the rules. Now since March when I was harassed beyond belief , I no longer was getting a response , answers, or any help at all. I don't quite understand why and what's been going on... I recently made a sale now almost 3 weeks ago. The package was delivered, accepted and it says the funds were released, BUT they have YET to be put in my account! This is extremely frustrating to me. Especially whe as of yesterday, my 3rd time EMAILING THE SUPPORT GROUP. WITHOUT A RESPONSE.... I'm disabled and absolutely rely on some of these sales for my meds and ostomy supplies.... This completely baffles me as to why I've YET to get my money .... I feel like what I sold has been stolen from me... Isn't this YOUR BUSINESS. I would hope and expect you would do something about it... I have many many friends here on Posh, who have had similar problems, WE FEEL LIKE WERE BEING PUSHED TO THE WAYSIDE.... I don't believe this is right.... Well I'm not expecting you to respond, only because I've written to you before and never heard back either. If my money isn't Deposited on MONDAY JUNE23, I WILL NO LONGER HAVE A CHOICE AS TO TAKE SO E IF MY FRIENDS HERE AND SIMPLY LEAVE POSH... The seller boxed two orders then put the wrong label on each. I was promised a corrected mailing label yesterday, it never came. I don’t tolerate lying.
