What is the waist measurement when laid flat?

@ellawestenskow Measured laying flat the waist is 14.5" side to side; this would be approximately 29" total circumference. The waist does have some stretchiness to it however, please note that the jeans themselves are do not appear to have any stretch other than natural cotton give. Hope this helps!
