New York and company. Size 12. Skater dress. Brown tweed-like fabric with faux leather at shoulder and waist. Nice gold zipper in back. Flaw. On both shoulders, there is some peeling of the faux leather. See pictures. Shouldn’t be difficult to repair if you have that skill set
