New Dockers brown leather loafers

New, never worn, mens Dockers brand size 8W leather loafers. Beautiful shoes that have never been worn but have some condition issues. On the top of the loafer there are scratches/marks in the leather. I do not know enough about leather to know whether this can be fixed. Please look at all photos before making an offer or purchasing. These are new but I do not have the original box.
