Brand new. Never worn. Bought online for the first time. The ad said they run big & best to size down a half size. They don’t run big. They’re true to size. I’m between a W9.5-10, I thought they’d work. I tried cutting the right insole toes out to give me more room but it didn’t work. See photo. The insole can be put back inside the shoe intact.
