Polyester.  Lined in front.  Blue sequins over ecru fabric in front. Solid blue in back.  Pull over style with short sleeves. Dress it up with dress pants or skirt, or dress it down with jeans. Machine wash inside out.  Dry flat. Measurements flat unstretched: Size XS:  18.5" across chest, 18.5" across bottom, 23.5" long center back.
