Navy Polka Dot Dress

Navy dress with white polka dots. Dress has a crew neck front but V back with hidden zipper. Measurements are approximate: bust = 19 inches, waist = 16.5 inches, and length from shoulder to bottom = 41 inches. Bust has the some extra room with the way it was sown (not sure what it’s called, but see picture). New with tags still attached but it’s been in the closet for awhile. Comes from a pet friendly, smoke free home.
