skd1 What is the waist measurement & also the measurement from the top of the shoulder seam to the empire waist seam? Thanks so much!!

tangotime @skd1 waist is 17.5in. without stretching the material. the material does naturally stretch to fit. It easily stretches to 18.5 if needed without looking overly stretched. The empire waist hem is higher in the center than at sides at chest. Shoulder to chest hem is 13 in. Shoukder to center empire waist is 11 in. Shoulder to approximate waist is 15 to 16 in.
