High quality crisp 100% cotton with all over eyelet embroidery details and puff sleeves. This is a size S as labeled but in my opinion it’s oversized and closer to a M based on the measurements. Please check the measurements for your fit as it is non stretch. It is labeled dry clean but I think a hand wash would be fine.
