NWOT - Stylish Cold Shoulder Blouse is a stylish addition to your everyday wardrobe. This breezy top pairs well with jeans, flats and a tote, making it a practical addition to your everyday ensemble. It is white with very light pink and very light grey feathers here and there. Very flowy and lightweight, metal detailed shoulder straps (circles). It is very soft and smooth.
