NWOT Red LOFT Midi Dress

Pretty wine red flowy midi skirt with adjustable drawstring waist with tassel. A surprisingly comfortable yet elegant dress. Skirt has a slight U shape (slightly shorter on the sides and longer in the front and back.) Excellent, like new condition.
