I usually do watch the voice but we just started strictly streaming our tv instead of traditional cable. But every day weβre realizing a different channel they donβt stream...one of them being NCB!π±
We are not happy. I donβt know how long we will last with this whole streaming thing.

So when I share my closet I start at the bottom and work my way up so everything stays in the sequence that I prefer... make sense? π Hope that helps

Thatβs so awesome! Good for you! It is so hard to do, sometimes I can just eat really healthy for a while and I try to most of the days of the week but there are times when I just canβt get my head around wanting to diet. I try to do clean eating. I know people do keto and I should try that. But I do just try a healthy lifestyle and not dieting but itβs still so hard. there are times when I just donβt want to ugh!!! Basically it all started when my doctor wanted to put me on some medicine because my sugar was elevated. I refused to do it and was determined to bring my sugar numbers down by myself. With the change in eating, cutting back on carbs and sugar I brought my numbers down to where they needed to be. Basically eating lots of vegetables and protein⦠Very low carbs. Great recipes for Keto or low carb on Pinterest.

Thatβs so great! That would be so me, I donβt like taking meds at all and I donβt so much better to do it the way youβre doing it. I know what you mean about cutting back on carbs and sugar you do feel better and you have energy in a different way. Iβm dealing with that menopause belly fat stuff ugh so frustrating. I just need to be more consistent about everything. I will check into some recipes thanks for all the info I always love hearing other peoples stories because I find it so motivating!

@lmpurcell Yes I do understand what you mean about the menopause belly. The carbs and sugar are attributing to that. My stomach went down so much that itβs shocking. I looked like I was months pregnant. I no longer have the fullness in my abdomen and feel better. I will warn you, it does take about 2 to 4 weeks for the cravings to really go awayβ¦ Just trying to be more aware of the amount of carbs youβre eating daily will make a big difference.ππΌ

Yes, Iβve done that before where Iβve dropped sugar and carbs and it was hard the first five days I would say but then I thought it got better after that. I hate cutting things out completely just because I think in life itβs hard to be perfect all the time. However I think the wine is what kills meβ¦ the sugar in wine. I live wine with food π
