My mystery blouse! No tags. Appears unworn. Cute piping. Size 16.

I found this among a relative’s things. I don’t know why the label is cut out but there is a tag holder still on the sleeve. I do know that the red piping is lovely and that I would have kept it if it fit. Make an offer and/or bundle it. She liked high-end stuff but I really do not know what it is worth.
