Mini style palsley design xs skirt

OMG this is adorable for spring and summer I have a baby girl in 6-9 months so if I don't sell the t will go straight to her wardrobe.. it is basically brand new brand is xhilaration from Target solid brown elastic for the size 4-5 girl xs. so many possibilities to style this skirt from plain white t-shirt to fancy button down tights and Mary Jane's. no shorts underneath and if fits perfect but no adjustable waist.
