Mesmerize Velour Oversized Tunic Top M

This is a Mesmerize top in size M. The top is in good condition. The outer fabric feels like a soft velour and the inside is smooth. The fit is oversized and long. Listed as dry clean only but it washes well if you hand wash and lay it flat to dry. Approx. Measurements: 16” shoulder, 38” bust, 37” waist, 29.5” length, 18.5” sleeve.
