I'm kind of between a medium and large so I'm not sure the mediums would fit me. Do you think the Athleta clothes are comparable to any other brand? Thanks hon!!!✌

lmpasternack @blossy oh my gosh, that poor student, I got it later in life thank the good Lord. I couldn't imagine having to live this way for that long. As far as the Athleta clothes, yes they are true Mediums. If u r not busty the shirts will be fine. Or if u r and u r about a 34 around the chest with a C cup u will be fine. I am big around the top. The pants r fine but they fit like typical yoga pants-like a second skin but the fabric on all of them is so soft they are comfy, comfy!!! I just can't wear anything tight around my belly. It flares up the typical fibro IBS. the shorts r a smaller large but r meant to be tight as well. Everything has stretch except for the yoga tops, they r meant to be tighter so they don't fall down if in an inverted yoga pose. 😳 If u take an 8 or 10 everything should be fine. 💝😊 feel free to ask me more questions. I will give u a good bundle deal.

lmpasternack @luckyuluckyme I searched through most of my knitting supplies, darned if I could find my cloth measuring tape! I will let u know as soon as I can, if u r a sz 12 they will fit. The inseam on the jeans is 32 I know that cuz my inseam is 31, they sit lower in the front than the back and have wide legs through the thighs like typical Boyfriend cut jeans. The inseam on the shorts is 3 inches max but I will double check. They r shorter shorts cuz they r petites. They fit me but I don't like how short they r on me.

luckyuluckyme That's ok, thanks for the effort. The jeans would be too long, I'd need to get them hemmed. I don't sew :-( And I'm wondering if the shorts would be to short. Really like them tho, how much if I were to include both of those? I'm also looking for a swim suit (one pc or tankini) if u have any easily accessible that u can post. I'll be happy to take a look. I saw the CK, but CK tends to run small on me.

lmpasternack @rachfuller and @eileeeny119 thank u both. We both loved our time in the Navy. I did 24, my hubby did 26 and still works for the Navy. I played Navy wife at times and my hubby played Navy husband. Depended on who was out to sea at the time. It really is the toughest job to be the one home worrying and taking care if everything that goes wrong the day after he leaves. 😁😳

lmpasternack @mrsogorman it is awful isn't it? Do u have psoriatic arthritis? I was just tested for that. I have all the symptoms of that on top of the fibro and herniated disks, etc. but I was told I do not have it thank God. Just terrible inherited arthritis.

longca1959 @lmpasternack just read about your illness. I have psoriatic arthritis like the other lady . Chronic pain is difficult condition to have . Some people do not understand . In fact my dr doesn't believe I'm Fibromyalgia . I have a lot of inflammation . Sometimes I wonder if I so t have both My Aunt suffers from it and has affected here a lot . Turned 50 not to long ago and it has gotten worse! Good luck ! Have a great summer!

lmpasternack @longca1959 so sorry to hear about your chronic pain. I was tested for psoriatic arthritis myself just this year. It was negative. Do you use a biologic at all? The side effects sound terrifying. If your dr doesn't believe in fibro go get a second opinion. It is proven to be a central nervous system condition. If u r on Facebook add me, I just put a link on there about it. I try to stay educated about it so I understand more and more about what the latest research is. I am Lori Shaffer Pasternack on there. The arthritis is more painful than anyone would ever realize . It's like cancer every month a new joint is affected. All medicines are scary. I was on chemo last year . I sent you a friend request. I have severe arthritis that is genetic but I have all of the symptoms of psoriatic arthritis. And yes I have psoriasis although it is not bad. Just on my elbows and it comes and goes with stress.

lmpasternack @blossy thank u. I am super anal about my clothing care. I would not sell anything overly used on posh anyway. But even things I wear a lot r in good shape. The key for me was getting rid of the old agitator washer. Front load HE washers r the best!!! I am on my second set now. I bought them when they first came out. I had it for 12 years before it finally died on me. The dryer was still good so we donated it to the rescue cuz they had an old one that was taking forever to dry stuff. After lots if research on consumer reports online we went with LG. I love them!!! We should connect on Facebook. I am Lori Shaffer Pasternack on there. I am easy to find. 😊🐶

I can go for months without a touch up because the gray matches the blonde so closely. My gf is my hairdresser. I love her!!! Thank you again for the compliments. lmpasternack @ridinghood13 my name is Lori, and yes I totally understand what you mean. Every day is different. It's like you wake up and wonder what do I have to look forward to today? Ha! Being positive and having a support system is so important. If I get too lonely like when my husband has to travel for work I always seem worse. My best friend has severe scoliosis and she is one tough woman. She has had a metal rod in her back since the age of 14. I'm grateful that I was able to be an athlete most of my life. It's going on 20 years that I've had fibro but it didn't affect me too badly at first because I kept working out but I had Lyme disease 2 times since 2009 and that really messed me up. Ugh. I swear it takes 6 months to a year to recover from that and it had me in such severe pain I don't even remember half of the stuff that happened in that timeframe. The second time I was treated quicker so it wasn't as bad. The first time the doctors all blamed it on fibro. Until I saw a neuro-ophthalmologist. He looked in to my eyes and said I either had a brain tumor, ms or Lyme disease. That was 6 months later. Luckily I was treated with antibiotics for other things so it did not turn chronic. Now that would have been really bad!

lmpasternack @dixbeth oh you are so kind! I'm so glad you are a dog lover too, that makes me so happy!!! I only started my little "dog rescue" since I retired. It's not a rescue, I just call it that. My house is always full of hair and I'm always cleaning. They are all getting old except for one, my little 1 eyed beautiful girl, Claire. She is all brown brindle and weighs 12 pounds, she will be 2 next month. She is a Chi mix, I have a DNA kit to find out what she is. I need to do that soon because it's driving me crazy. Anyway, thank you again for the compliments. I retired in 2007. I just turned 49 on the 4th of July, I joined the Navy right after high school, I was 17. I refuse to dress like an old lady or act like one. Ha! 😜 Age doesn't matter to me. My chronic pain keeps me from doing more, but I try to keep myself busy and motivated to help as many people and animals as I can. I love Mother Teresa and want to try my best to be like her. 😇 I do try. My mouth seems to remember too much Sailor speak at times though. 😈 oops. 😱

jewelry_party wow you are so cool! I love helping out dogs. we live out in the country and the city people tend to drop off unwanted dogs in the country. They can't take care of themselves and a lot of the time end up hit or lunch for the mountain lions in the hills. My family and I have been picking up dogs since I was very little. We bring them to our local shelter, they won't put them down unless they are terminally ill. We've saved so many dogs in our area as well as on vacation. I just can't stand seeing a lost dog, I've got to help in any way possible.

920designs Hello there girly! Well we desided on Williamsburg. Haven't chosen a place to stay, but I'll open the cookies on my computer and one of the townhouse time share communities will give us a great price. But I do want to look to see what kings mill costs. But that being said do you & your friend have time next Sat? We prob will go to shop & ride the one roller coaster open. Ahh no I can't, I still can't bieve that I have to treat my body carefully, pain is vacillating but I am so used to constant phantom pain in my mouth that I just feel it will always be something. Darn, oh well really it just came to realization, I can't do that, I'll potentially injure myself worse. Well that doesn't change the fact i would enjoy meeting the 2 of you. When I know where we are staying, since you know the area we can figure a good time, I do have to consider the husband. Don't rule Friday out but I think the husband plans on driving Friday AM, it's about 4 hrs. I think we should go after work Thursday but we did do this last time we drove south. We stopped near Va beach, about 2 hrs into it he was irritable and I was ready to throw my self out of the car. So I'll think hard b4 doing that. But we can get an earlier start since I am off Thursday & will be packed. Love the turtle neck, perfect! Wore a number of times. My sister came over in a hurried wreck to get ready for a date. I picked up that necklace and I dressed her around it. Making it the focal point. Really pretty, but she still has it yep and I saw her today, hmm, awkward, I'll have to ask for it. She is wrong if she thinks I will forget. That's the no news update. Hope that we can figure something out. Love your profile picture, funny how a little change makes a difference. Both are good, one is ready to go out and have fun the other ready for business. I just don't have pictures like that. I never sit there and smile. But some day I'll change my profile, maybe. It's enough work posting things. My closet is drying up. Can't complain if I sold 12 items I can get the green turtleneck in your closet. Touch base soon. ✌️

That would be easy. Oh, Kings Mill has this fabulous suite that is like 250 a night. Maybe less now since it's not tourist season. That is where I want to go for a romantic weekend with my hubby. Omg it is soooo gorgeous! You could literally live there it's so big, but the floor plan is what is so cool. We went there via boat when we had one, my meet the seller pic is right at Kingsmill as a matter of fact. I think I have it right. I could be mixing it up with a different one. Oh gosh. I will ask my hubby in the morning. He will remember. Crap. Ok, next Saturday sounds great unless you want to stop for dinner somewhere along the way in Virginia Beach. Let me know.

donnamz2 @lmpasternack Hi, I saw here you were diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I would like to share my story in case it helps. I too was diagnosed with this and ignored by doctors that it was all in my head. At the age of 40 I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis among many other things such as DJD and osteoarthritis. Thankfully this sent me to a rheumatologist. He then diagnosed me with Ehlers-Danlos. A somewhat rare genetic condition that effects cartilage, especially in my case my tendons and ligaments, but also skin and blood vessels. I am now 52 and thank God I have a wonderful Doctor and I get by with muscle relaxers, tramadol and 2 2 hour massages a week and acupuncture. Please look up Ehlers-Danlos and see if you have the symptoms. There are so many people like me who go undiagnosed and I was lucky because some forms of the disease are fatal and I didn't have that.

lmpasternack @donnamz2 wow Donna, I have everything you have except for osteoporosis. I am 49, turn 50 in July. I'm open to researching everything and anything that can explain some of my horrible symptoms. I should get back to getting massages and acupuncture but I haven't. I don't do well with Tramadol at all. But I do have a new line of holistic meds I am going to check in to. The medicine is helping my dog who has Myokymia and Cushing's disease. It's called Min-Chex. It is helpful for cns conditions and so many other things. It's an interesting line of products. From what I read thus far a doctor has to order them for you. I have a lot of resources in this area so I'm going to see if I can add it to my regimen and get off of things like Lyrica, Cymbalta and others... It even helps the digestive system and acts as a very mild tranquilizer. God knows I could use that today! I'm having a particularly bad, bad pain day... 😡😖 I don't have terrible days like this that often but when I do I'm in tears. I had a 2 level fusion in my neck 9 years ago and now have bone spurs on the sides of the area. I had shots in between the vertebrae and facet joints at 4 levels... It hurts so bad, but it's worth it when the steroid kicks in. Which it should have by now. I'm praying it happens anyway now. Ok, thank you for the info. Sorry about the whining. I try not to but some days it is all you think about. Im sure you know what I mean. Thank you again! 😊😘

donnamz2 @lmpasternack Please don't ever apologize for complaining, God knows you have a right, and if you hold it all in Depression can over take you. I can not live without the massages. It keeps me off narcotics. I was on pain meds for several years while going to a pain doctor and my kids were younger. I was out of it. The main reason I sell is for my massages. If you ever need someone to complain to I'm always here. I not only don't mind but sometimes helps to get my mind off my problems. I don't have the fused spine, but I have almost every C-spine is bulging and I have the same problems with stenosis, bone spurs you name it. It sounds so familiar. I see my Rheumatologist and ortho Dr more than most of the others combined and take cymbalta also for the pain. I wish you a pain free night😄

And I was like, oh no, I must have done something to mess up my relationship with you. I thought maybe I had you hold something for me and forgot about it or am selling something I bought from you at a higher price. I do forget a lot and I don't mean to. And I don't look up what I paid for things that don't fit me anymore because I can't even find stuff half the time or remember who I bought things from. I do know I bought a lot of Soft Surroundings things and some J Jill stuff. The stupid meds I take for fibro mess my memory up and I had Lyme disease that went to my brain in 2010. I have had serious memory issues ever since. I'm so sorry that I upset you with the mass tag. I just read over the guidelines again to make sure I'm doing things right. Yesterday was a horrible day for me with posh because of a rude woman seeking out people that are "animal rescue" people and making comments about only having pure breed dogs because of responsible breeders. You can't push a bigger red button with me. And she did it to another friend I know that is a big animal rescue advocate and she told the lady off. Now she is banned of course after the woman antagonized her. Just ridiculous! If any more drama continues on here I'm just shutting my closet down because I don't need the stress. I assume something has happened to you or you have gotten screwed over by someone on here. I pray that isn't what happened. 🙏 Sorry for the long comment but I just wanted you to know what happened with me just yesterday and then I screw up and do a mass tag. I just really feel awful about it. 😢 my apologies times 10 to you. Please forgive me.

I'm sorry to hear that you have fibro. So many people I know are struggling with it also. I pray that help will be found soon. I read about your experience with the nasty Poshers and I hope you'll look past them to see the rest of us. We all need role models ..even at age 62 and you happen to be one of mine! They are all high priority so luckily I have my hubby home today vs golfing. The only thing he does for himself. Weekend morning golf outings. So, he just took a ton of boxes to the rescue for me. They are moving, thank God! The landlord was horrible to her. Basically I'm stressed because I have too much to get done... Things that were so simple, even laundry, that I love to do actually, I'm behind on all of it. But my babies are well cared for. 🐾❤️🐶 The one thing I know is highest in priority.

saslamb I was Forced to Ret From the Dep of Correction's for the St of Ct as a Correction Officer. So know I'm Ret on A Disability Ret Job Related due To Injuries that occuried on my Job. I Loved my career but I had no other choice.I have had 3 rotor cuff surg,Have herniated disc's in my back & neck & ended up with depression due to my work related injuries & the system I was battling for 12yrs.Honest people will always end up with there dream coming true! But,I suffer everyday in pain!!

jessicapacz I am obsessed with your closet I saw the picture and I would be happy with that being my bedroom LOL I have a storage unit where 25% of my items are and other 75% are at my house it's crazy here I have rooms at literally look like a retail store but your closet by far is the best I've seen it's just the way it's set up I absolutely love it especially the organization
