Bought this at Nordstrom for a wedding. Never wore it again. Dry cleaned. Fully lined to knees. Decorative bow at the bust line. Five tiers of ruffles gives you that floating, rustling feeling. Has a good hand (not cheap material). The Bust has darts, which provide a better fit along with the smocked back.
