@soniaochago thanks for the like! The bag does not have a zipper or button closure, it's just open. As far as wear, it has normal wear on the leather from regular use. The great thing about this bag is its supposed to have a worn in look! It's just not practical for my life now but I loved this bag when I was using it. Lmk if you have any more questions.
