The material is woven and isn’t stretchy- but does have a little give (doesn’t fit my mannequin who usually wears a Small comfortably). No holes, stains, tears. Shoulder-bottom measures about 31.5” long. Armpit-armpit measures about 16” across laid flat. Waist measures about 12” across laid flat. (S6-25)
