lcastro1515 @elugorui the bust measurements for the medium pit to pit is 26inches (so a total of 52 inches around). And the large pit to pit is 27inches (so a total of 54 inches around). I have a large bust and this top fits great in both sizes. It is very roomy and looks amazing on busts of all sizes from what my customers tell me :) hope that helps
