L'affaire tunic heavily beaded &rhrinstoned M

Oh my this is so gorgeous on n wildly feminine. Plunging neckline ( dare to wear?) tag show dye but no bleeding on fabric. A few rhrinstones missing n so easy to replace but I could only find a couple. Intricate work on this tunic. Fabric? sheer.
