LBD Gorgeous Black Cocktail Dress NWT Size 3/4

Beautiful black cocktail dress with many details. Satin covered decorative buttons down front, ribbon detailed design on bust. Fitted skirt portion on bottom with top draping over to give it dimension. Scarf-like sash sewn onto both shoulder tops that can be tied in back or hung down. Back zipper and slit in skirt. Bought this for a pageant but didn’t end up going. Never worn. Chiffon like material. Measurements: Bust 14.5/15” Waist: 13.5” across Length: 36” This does NOT stretch.
