@krissy007 among other things, I started my day with a person who bought my necklace for $350 canceling the order and I've already sent it! I guess usps didn't scan it so tracking wasn't showing up. I explained to the posher that I had sent it and my husband even went to post office to check on status. They confirmed it was on its way to Tulsa. It was scanned with the hand held but won't be entered into the office computer until about 4:30. I guess the person doesn't believe me. I got an email telling me not to send but I sent it yesterday. I was really counting on that money๐. I just hope I get it back!

@melody369 honestly it sounds like a disaster. And this may turn out to be a battle :( but luckily worst case senario you can call the police department in her state if she doesn't return it.

@melody369 if it not a valid address usps will send it back. If the package was delivered to that address and not returned then its theft. and you can then all the police. I've seen it quite a few times on poshmark. I jut looked at the listing and account an it seems vereeeerry suspicious

@melody369 so she cancelled it? I'm a little confused. Because it shouldnt have been cancelled because once delivered both you am the buyer can contact posh to verify successful delivery and force the payment through

@krissy007 yes but it took a cpl of hours. I had to call the usps. Posh told me to file a package interception claim and email the proof of that to them so that I'm protected. If I don't get the necklace back posh will pay me the money. I guess this person didn't have the money and they gave an incomplete address so posh cancelled the order but I'd already sent it. It's been a nightmare but at least posh is taking responsibility. I didn't think I'd ever see the necklace or the money again. This is the 2nd time in 2 mos I've been scammed but at least there's a happy ending this time. What is wrong with people? I just don't get it.

@melody369 well it's a good thing either you'll get the money or the necklace back. And im surprised that posh is taking responsibility! That's great. I don't know some people have terrible morals and no respect. I'm so sorry this happened to you. You don't deserve it :(

Thank you. I was really surprised too. I didn't even have to ask, I just emailed them the situation. They also gave me $10 credit and reimbursed me the $ it cost me to file the form
