Kate Spade Grove Street Lana Satchel in great used condition

Kate Spade Grove Street Lana Satchel in mint green. Used but in great overall condition. Has normal signs of wear, but no tears or rips. Has a spot alongside the zipper (see picture). Bottom needs to be cleaned (see pictures) and the long strap can use some leather polish as well but the strap is NOT fraying or damaged. Inside is in excellent condition. Retail new was $358.
