New never worn (except to try on), or washed. (I did cut the tags off.). KAPPA bicycle, football spandex shorts, in size M. These sporty high waist bike shorts have a thick elastic waistband, a striped colorblock design, and jacquard logo tape down the sides. *these sat in my dresser drawer for a year, and the fabric along the waistband, got snagged or rubbed on the dresser handle. see last photo* Otherwise great condition!
