Jordache Jeans sz 09/10 Long- Black flare/ bootcut style, 98% cotton

Jordache black jeans- the tag says 09/10 Long but guys they have to be like a 4. I wear an 8/10 and I couldn’t get them over my thighs😭 I wanted to like them so bad because they are super trendy and could be styled so many different ways. I would guess they fit like a 04.
