These fabulous pants are by James Perse. They are 100% Linen but don't look like traditional linen they sort of look more like a fine wool. They are black and white woven which together makes them look more like a charcoal gray if that makes any sense. They are a pull up style pant with an elastic waistband and pull strings. The front has two patch pockets. They just have that very cool relaxed expensive look to them. Very comfortable. See photos for the measurements.
