I began this journey when my daughter got married and left behind boxes of designer items she no longer wanted along with my own that didn’t fit due to my fluctuating weight😩It was so easy and I’ve grown so much as a reseller since! I now rescue garments that are doomed to end up in the landfills due to over consumerism in our world! I can relate! I wish that I knew about Posh when I downsized and moved halfway across the country in 2009😒 I couldn't afford to take 4 sizes of wardrobe with me so I gave away ( to Goodwill) just about everything except the size 12 ( that I was at the time) Watching grandkids weight loss program works- I am now a size 8! I too love to travel. I LOVE your closet! I couldn't help but share lots! Stop by my closet and say hello😎😊💃

Hi I have a question... I seen that you had traded a LV purse with someone that basically never sent u ur item.. Well I am new to posh and jus did my first trade with someone.. I sent the package and the tracking says that it's been received well I've been trying to contact her on here asking about her sending my stuff and she's been dodging me and not responding. She's obviously been on because she keeps updating her closet.. Any advice for me? How did u get ur purse back.. I'm so upset!!

There was no exchange of money.. I basically had her buy my trade for three bucks so I could get her address.. So I can just notify postmark? I will NEVER trade again.. I have her name and a picture of her that I'm probably going to upload to notify people about her!! I even have her address! I guess I just have too much faith in people! @ngomes3 no problem. Don't be discouraged I got screwed over by a trade early on her no first started and that's why I never do it! Poshmark rules are in place to protect is and I have since made thousands of dollars so just stick to selling and studying in the poshmark rules no outside sales or 🅿️🅿️!

Wow, you and I could be twins! In the last year I've lost 30 lbs. My husband and I will celebrate our 40th Anniversary at POSHFEST!!! Yep, I'm going and he will come meet me on Sunday for our official anniversary and a few days of R&R.
When we got married I weighed 152 and he weighed 127! I gained up to 167 after six months and decided it was time to do something. It was easy to lose when I was younger. I got down to 125 and even tho I had two kids I always went back to my weight of 127. Then as 40 rolled around, it started creeping back on. A little here and there, up one pant size very 3/4 years until last June I was needing a size 14! No way was I going to be in a 14. So I started watching my carbs and I never had an easier way to lose weight. My main problems were sweet tea (G.R.I.T.S) and fries & cokes. Just eliminating those from my my diet now helps me maintain...in fact, I need to gain a few pounds...never thought I would say that.
Two grown boys (men) neither married...no grandkids but one very spoiled granddogger-Phoebe (chi mix).
I'm going to be at Poshfest representing the 50 is the new 30 group! I made that up. I know there are going to be others there who will retire to bed early, lol. Not too much of a party animal anymore!!

That's funny. My husband was called "Super Gnat" in high school because he was small and fast on the basketball court. He is one who never gains weight. Been wearing the same size jeans for 35 years. Ok, I fattened him up to 165lbs. It must be nice to always be able to fit in jeans.

Same with me. mom is 83 and in Assisted Living Facility. She has no shoer term memory at all. Can eat a piece of pie and as soon as plate is tucked away ask for a piece of pie. I say, let her have it, because there may be a time that she won't eat. That was a main concern of leaving for Poshfest and anniversary, but they are so wonderful with her at Assisted Living Facility and assured me they would take over for me if something happened. (Hospital or anything else major). But I couldn't leave if something like that came up. Praying for a néed getaway.

Hi I'm Patti and sounds like we are at the place these days! My adult children refusing to have babies yet, so mean! Lol I've had to weight struggle although I was huge comparatively at 265lbs! Worked hard for 3 years no diet just reconditioning my choices and portion sizes and working out 6 days a week. I'm 128 and a size 6 and have been this size 10yrs.! I understand the struggle. Hi Anna i so very much would like to get, but ran into a little problem this am. My debit card got scammed for $25 yesterday didnt s÷ it till this am. So i had to cancel my card. @peacockboutique I'm not sure..I think your closet piped up in my closets by you section..don't k ow if it was because of s like or share or bundle..I noticed in the beginning of the app change when I wanted to hit share it would go to closet instead because tie 2 choices were so close and I have fat thumbs..then I complained to poshmark because I couldn't remove those closets from the hanger icon even if I deleted the likes and bundle on the item..I think that's s major flaw

I woke up this morning and due to my sharing trends i share about 1000 plus items a day and had over 25 things share to my non requested dressing rooms i only have 1 requested dressing room. And when i asked one person why they did they they got mad and blocked me.So idk if it is posh or the user. your the only person who has been kind enough to actually talk to me about it :)

@peacockboutique some people don't like being corrected or called out..I get that way sometimes I tend to block people who spam me with follow games..but they don't work in my opinion..sharing and having a nice closet and following new people is what works..I try things that other successful poshers do to get the results they get..sometimes I cross a line (that they set) with people and get blocked..I wish poshmark would let us delete comments when people are rude.

I had my stepdaughter literally dropped off on my doors step and as I opened the door watched a car speed out of the Drive thrust into acceleration without even a good luck greeting. I’m so glad the shoes fit. Your grandson is adorable. I am a brand new grandmother. My granddaughter is 8 weeks old. I just love her so much. I lost my mom in October and having my granddaughter has been a blessing. I will keep in touch. I am 63 so I think we are close in age.

@foughty I’m going to be 62..my mother died 2 months after my grandson was born..my 1st one..she wanted to see my daughter have a child..she use to watch my kids when I was at work..she bought my daughter a water baby! She was so happy to see me be a Nana..then she died..I lost my mom my dogs all around the birth of my grandson

@annaconda I am so sorry for your loss. Losing my mom has been difficult. I quit my job with weight watchers where I had worked for 10 years to help take care of my mother in the last few months of her life. I have struggled these last 5 months to stay at my goal that I have been at over 12 years. That sadness comes and goes, but I will continue to fight to be successful with my weight to be healthy for my family. Grandchildren are such a blessing. I just love all your pictures

@foughty between covid snd grief I gained 30 lbs..finally getting a little off..can’t exercise due to bursitis but hopefully getting a cotizone shot to help..I’m sorry for you also..my mom died suddenly..no warning..she was healthy & 82..10 days before my sons wedding..& Mother’s Day..I couldn’t keep it today his wedding..people thought I was balling because he was getting married..my grief was numbing!

Awe…what cute pictures!! I was wondering how it’s been working for you on selling scrapbooking items? Best individually or by the mystery box. I have tons of everything.
