H&M Skirt Size XS. The skirt is 76% Polyester, 22% Viscose, and 2% Elastane. Machine washable and line dry. Stretchy. Slit in back at the bottom. Pull on. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as followed: waist is 13 inches, hips are 16 ½ inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 20 inches. Pre-owned but in good condition.
