It can be worn on a chain (not included) by itself or with other charms. I am the original owner, purchasing it from a local jewelry store; pic of receipt shown. Given that jewelry was almost like a hobby to me for a period of time, I have been continuing to downsize my collection. This has been worn only a few times since I purchased it in 2020, having been stored away most of that time. Purchased for $595.
