monokrhomie @ellaella44 Hi! This is an adult dress, yes. I fluctuate between an 10-12 and this fits great with still more stretch to be had. If you’re smaller than a 10, this would still work because of the elastic. I’d think this could be ideal for 8-14. Hope that helps! 🌺 🌸
