@manish Veni (I came), vidi (I saw), vidi (I *really* looked this time), Visa (OMG, I bought something anyway!)... So this is Poshmark: blurry pictures of cleverly posed items that do not show what a shopper really wants to see, taken with mobile phones on which the camera is literally a sales gimmick afterthought, by people who think "point and shoot" is all anyone needs to know about photography; "descriptions" that scarcely describe anything; scraps of useful information buried in long comments sections--but no one can think of asking *everything*; no shopping cart, so sellers have to bundle package deals by hand whenever they get home from work, while shoppers hope no one else comes along in the mean time and buys the item they wanted bundled; few search features and filters for people who prefer to make their own decisions... Oh, and by the way, shoe size EU 39 is *much closer* to US 8.5 than to US 9... And I can't imagine how someone could make a mistake and buy the wrong thing that doesn't fit or something, but if it happens because the seller forgot to mention something important and it doesn't show in the photos, well we all know that "style can vary by fit and was not misstated by the seller" so good luck with listing it, maybe someone will actually buy it sometime in the next year, maybe sooner than it took for you to find and buy it...or you could just leave the shoes out because your dog likes chewing on expensive Italian leather better than on cheap plastic... I guess I can't complain though, my mistake only cost me $41, but where I live making a mistake when trying to figure out 20 different parking signs in half a block of our tourist and downtown areas costs $80+... Well it has been interesting, a real learning experience in Internet empowerment, wonder if this is the future of online retailing? OMG I hope not!!! Commercial retailers may be more expensive, but at least shoppers are not stuck with their items if they do not work for some reason!! So I guess my holidays were not quite as merry and bright this year, though *thank goodness* I did not do my gift shopping here! But they were a little more...interesting...this year. So anyway, thank you for listening, and have a very nice day! :)

Hi sir 1st I would like to start off by saying I love being a member of Poshmark <3 and meeting a wonderful bunch of ladies. I lost my clothing boutique in Storm Sandy along w my husband losing 1 of his businesses. A friend of mine knowing how I love fashion and was able to save some inventory that was sitting in my house she is a member told me about it & I have been off and running ever since. It isn't my own boutique but it is definitely help fill the void from my devastating loss. SO THAT I THANK YOU FOR CREATING SUCH A WONDERFUL COMMUNITY <3….. I know sir you are a extremely busy man & I hate to bother you but I have a problem that had been on going for 4 yrs. I am 42 yrs old and married for 17. This is such a childish and beneath me situation I have had to deal with but & to bother you with. But I have spoke to numerous posh mentors that were aware of the previous ongoing situation as soon as I seen these 2 woman that have stalked me for 4 years from social media to social media twitter, instagram, Facebook & now here. they have harassed my husband at his place of business also stalker my 17 & 10 yr old social media sites (which I have since made private) I have NEVER MET, SPOKE, or EVER been in contact w either of them.I don't even live in the same state as them. The only thing that is a common ground is I was engaged to an man when I was 21 & she had a relationship with him 4 yrs ago when this madness began. I am embarrassed to even saying I am being targeted & having to waste your time with this. But now they have taken it to an entire other level…. They have both made a listing WITH MY PICTURE from 7 yrs ago (just proves they stalk me bc how would they get a picture) but above all they are stating I am stalking them I cheat on my husband. This is not POSHES STANDARDS… I have made a business and have excellent feed bad am loved by the community, always polite, sociable and overly generous. If you look at my page you will see that it speaks for itself. This was posted yesterday and I have never written a thing on either of they're pages or mentioned they're names refuting my stuff is not fakes. (which buy the way what they are saying are fake is when I make posh purchases from closets I will make a listing and tag the closets telling everyone how happy I was & to shop in them. I also posted a picture of the beautiful rolex watches I received and some finds I bought on vacation in italy during the holiday. They have been off and running SAYING NOT ONLY MY STUFF BUT THE OTHER POSHERS CLOSETS ARE FAKES… It is disgusting behavior!!! I could have tolerated them writing on they're own pages but making a listing w my picture saying to stay away bc I am crazy had plastic surgery is now slander & pure harassment. Mean while in 1 girls closet she sells breast pumps, diaper, warmers & is filled with her toddlers clothes and out right in her listings accepting paypal!! I am only her e 3 months and through my fabulous mentor have learned what is acceptable & not and play by the rules. I have many many witnesses that are stellar poshers that told me to use them as references such as @vacat @iwanturstuff @sassysuzzy @donna0219 to name a few & have guided me and took me under their wing lovingly. I already emailed posh with pictures of they're listings and can provide proof of the past 4 yrs previous history. I take pride in my closet & treat it as a business & I know that everyone that knows me will obviously know this is not true but It could hurt new ppl from shopping in my closet NEVERMIND the EMBARRASSMENT it is to me. Thank you for your time I truly appreciate it & also apologize for having to bother you with such a trivial childish matter. I know you are a busy man so allow me to cut right to the chase. I am writing to give some credibility & weight to Jessica's letter to you. I have bought numerous things from her closet & have always found her to be professional, extremely kind & perseverant in her customer service. Her closet is phenomenal & she goes beyond expectations in her packaging & sending things in a timely manner.
We have both owned our own Boutique's & Jessica definitely knows & deals in authentic high end merchandise.
It has been quite alarming to see the two closet's referred to in her letter. It is also disconcerting to think that someone could target any one of us without one shred of validity and we are helpless to retain our Honor & Integrity against such defamation of character.
I have assured Jessica that Poshmark WILL NOT stand for such nonsense as it stands in the face of everything Poshmark stands for. Please act on this quickly so that all of us can be reassured that if we should become the target of someone's venom as Jessica has, Poshmark will be swift to stand behind the standards that are set.

@manish Hi I need HELP I have sent many email about one of my sales here on posh that was delivered jan 9th but the usps never updated there shipping info so you have to enter the tracking number and see it's been delivered! This has gone on way too long, I need my funds to pay for my husbands home care! Your support sent me one email in 11 days of me sending them one a day to please check the shipping themselves! @manish can you look in to my order with miss moneypenny I had reserved a email saying I didn't return all merchandise and I clearly did I boxed her bag with her samples inside it the way she sent it and the makeup case I don't know what her issue is but to lie and say I didn't return everything is ridiculous and insulting to me I am one of the honest people on here because she couldn't be honest about the damage to her merchandise is not my fault maybe I should report her for selling a book in her closet I'd like a answer today if possible I don't need her stuff she tryed to get me to keep a item and send her a check with the shipment but I refused to do it that way I follow ur guide lines and have no complaints on my custmers I appreciate your time thank you

I am writing regarding three issues:
1. Could we possibly do an extended reduced shipping promotion for items priced $24 and under to be $4.99, because the holidays and January are such slow and sluggish months for sales please ?
2. Could Posh pair up with a women's career clothing charitable organization, giving Poshers free shipping for their donated career clothing items and incentives/rewards shopping on Posh to be used after the donations are made/verified please ?
3. Can Posh concentrate on driving more NEW buyers to our app with aggressive advertising in women's mags such as Vogue, Glamour and In Style magazines please ?

@manish I also wish that we had a separate shipping rate for jewelry please. I just spent $7 to ship one, small, light weight bracelet. I almost didn't purchase it, because Posh's jewelry shipping rate is so unreasonably high.
We already give it a separate category. The weight limit could be under one pound just for jewelry please. It would help both sellers & buyers.

I second @iwanturstuff ...it all makes great sense, especially lower shipping on a piece of jewelry. I have passed up many pieces bc of that $6.99 (might as well be $7) shipping. Just saying.
Advertising would be great too...I haven't sold anything worth speaking of...if your not high high end then it's tough. Just sharing closets is not effective! Who can stay on posh all day and night? I did for the first few months, doesn't work. But I'm proud you are doing well!

I tagged you several times referring to a posher who cancelled a purchase simply because she didn't like the fact that I purchased on posh instead of paypal. She then called me a bitch and said poshmark was a joke. I don't usually enter into banter and have blocked this person. Her name is flannel_shack. And please excuse my daughter. She is defending me. She is grown...but she's going to have her momma's back. Thank you, I would appreciate your looking into this. I know you can't babysit all wrong doings. Ugh...some ppl just love to be mean. Hi Manish! I apologize writing with such discontent but one of your party hosts is looking for "plus size" clothes. There have been much controversy in this department- lots of talk about plus size parties, disgust towards "anorexic" looking women like me, etc. A good co-host choose well featured items, regardless of size. I have been overweight and underweight. I've seen both sides. This is discrimination, and it divides this wonderful community you have built. Lluna0227 is hosting tonight. She has brought this discrimination to the Poshmark community. If someone would have a "skinny girl" party or look only for size 0-2 clothing, it would cause such an uproar. I know first hand of others whom have been offended about plus size talks. Please respond, as this is personally and a universal disgrace. Thank you for your time.

@manish I regret very much that at this point in time Posh does not offer gift certificates. I would have already bought many for my Posh girlfriends, and I am unable to ask for Posh certificates for my birthday in February.
I hope that Posh is considering adding gift certificates in the very near future.

@manish I am contacting you as a last ditch effort. I consider myself an excellent Posher. I follow all the rules, I have a great Sales Reputation, and am in excellent standing with the Posh Community, but unfortunately, I have had 3 very unfortunate situations with the Posh Support Staff. I am unsure whether you Contract out a 3rd Party Support Staff, but one thing I DO KNOW, is that standard protocol is not being followed, good Poshers (such as myself) are being treated poorly, and resolutions are not coming to fruition. In fact, it takes 1-2 weeks just to receive a response from Support regarding a significant sales issue, and then
the response isn't even associated with the issue. If you care to know specifics, you may contact me via email. My intention here is not to bash Posh. I actually love Posh, and I find it so unfortunate that poor support staff is pushing me away.

I wanted to make a suggestion on Party Themes, while the ones we have are FUN and EXCITING just wondering where I could send some themes I came up with that would attract bigger numbers to the 7pm parties. The numbers go from 200k to 100k, and you want the visibility to stay HIGH so the SALES can continure..YES? Also, more hosts mean more shares, more picks, more sales. There is something I have discovered and would like to bring it to ur attention if it hasn't already but was you aware that poshers who trade are pricing their items at 0$ but then when they receive the shipping label they then cancel their offers to avoid the shipping fees. I'm horrified that this is happening. These ladies are stealing from your company. 🙆😁 it's so sad 😞 I hope u have a way to catch them!!👍

Where you know you're going to find quality, designer merchandise at half the cost and now they expect 20% of the cost, for the most part. I'm working so many hours, from the moment I wake up to usually 10 or later at night to earn about 1/3 of what I used to make. And I'll be honest and tell you that I've been researching other apps hoping they'll be more like this used to be.

Entire week working with about 30 -59 people and if I can find the time I'm planning on starting a blog where I'll list all of the things I've learned just through trial and error and I've LOVED doing it but I just don't have the time anymore and I really hate that. I purchased 17 garments. I received a box with one garment, not even mine. The seller boxed two orders then put the wrong label on each. I was promised a corrected mailing label yesterday, it never came. I don’t tolerate lying. Where’s my label, more importantly did my counterpart get his label? I’m leaving town on holiday. I need my package shipped overnight.

Hello, im seriously tired of dropping of stuff in the post office in time 2-3 days as advertised in poshmark and loosing my money because the post office DONT scan the items. Poshmark is advertising something and then not being responsable at all! Please dont send me an automated response. Thanks

I’ve sent 4 packages that haven’t been Postal scanned and probably just sitting in mail bins not moving. I’m frustrated and so are my buyers. Im getting the generic emails from Poshmark as well. It would be nice to be able to contact a real person at Poshmark who can address these unprecedented mailing issues.

@manish I’m thinking of going on VACATION mode. I don’t know what to do. My buyers are aware and so far are willing to wait out this storm and not ask for refunds. Packages are just sitting in post office loading docks mover very slowly if at all.

I wonder if Poshmark would consider offering different delivery options to Sellers and Buyers, UPS, FedEx, etc in these unprecedented times of overwhelmed Postal Service. I just don’t know what to do!!! Please help and advise.

I chose to sell a really rare Gucci desk clock on your site and your lovely authentication "support " team botched the sale for me. They contacted the buyer because there was no supplied regular AAA battery for the clock. I didn't list it coming with a battery because the PO doesn't like you to ship items with batteries!!!! They ruined a $600 sale for me because something didn't come with the clock that was NEVER LISTED AS BEING INCLUDED WITH IT!??? Seriously?
