Green strappy mini dress

New with tags, never worn, only tried on. This dress is very 90’s in style. The thick scuba material makes it flattering, form fitting, and comfortable. And the soft sage green color is both feminine and unique. It is a size 12, but I’m usually a size 14, and since my chest is on the smaller side, this fit me perfectly.
