Gille black and white design long sleeveless dress size Small

This is a great long sleeveless dress for spring and summer. It is black and white I decided but in some light it looks more like navy blue. I took it outside to see what it looked like in natural light and it looked like black instead of navy. It is 96% polyester and 4% spandex so is quite stretchy. The armpit to armpit measurement is 17 inches not stretched, the length is 56 1/2 inches, it is 14 inches under the bust and the approximate waist is 15 inches across laying flat.
