Garnet Hill, sequin, tulle ballet skirt

What a sweet skirt it starts out with the tiny tool ruffle at the waist line. The under area is a sequin, metallic champagne, pink color, and it is over layered with both two layers of black and additional layer of beige tool, giving a major itutu effect to a fact to the skirt. An excellent condition.
