Sleeveless - but just put on a white or navy sweater for a chilly event. White sailboats make a cute preppy pattern. Length falls above the knee on thigh but not too short. Waist is elastic and also has a cute tie with silver metal ends on the ties for design. Worn by my college age daughter to one event. Perfect condition. Easy cold water wash and line dry.
